NASCAR Heat Racing League

The scouts have seen my skills on the track, Last Lap Motorsports wants me on there team and I accept. Is this how I join, I drive the ingame 62 truck.

I had ventrilo awhile ago, how do I get it to work. Where do I get it and how do I get it all to work again. Is it required to race in league.
