It is disappointing to hear that the Daytona race was a complete disaster. I do apologize if my server shut down, I am still in Maine for the week and there were quite a few storms on the Northeastern area which might have been near my home.

I won't be able to look at the forum until next Friday, but I would like to say that there will be some changes in the NHRL. This is my league and there are certain people that need to be ejected. As far as what happened with the race I cannot say, and I won't make assumptions, but I get the general idea of who was involved.

As for the Daytona race it will be rerun in an off week. I will get back to everyone in about 5 days or so. I am sorry to hear the problematic members finally drove wldray out of the league. He has been one of the league's biggest supporters and best drivers as well as a good friend to many. I hope he will be back once some changes are made. I know we might have alot of drivers, but most of them I have reviewed myself and they were clean. It just seems that a few people in the league seem to make the worst come out of certain guys. In seeing all of this, I am prompted to make some "deletions" from our roster.

I am sorry to all who were innocent victims of the last race. I would like to hear from some of you about what exactly happened. Regardless though, in my mind there are some people that need to gracefully bow out and leave. I will clear it all up in a few days. thx

I must say to start that i asked for about the 3rd or 4th restart but only because the server was so bad that 5 or 6 drivers were having problem after problem after problem and it was causing wrecks. In regards to Tony and Wire, I don't know what happened between those two that set tony off like that, I know that Wire put me into the wall and bent my suspension up but I didn't see it necessary to restart a race for a little cosmetic car damage especially if it happened to all the cars. Tony made it a bigger problem by stopping on the track in the middle of the racing line, which I think was just as bad. However Tony was right when he said that he should never of restarted the race the first time because one driver had a problem. So I guess he was consistent slightly throughout the night on not being wise with the control of the server. I hope this helps you with your decisions in any punishment that may occur. I just hope that the race can be made up this Saturday because if New Hampshire is the next race I won't be able to race because of a family event, I read in the rules that I had to race the first event to be included.

For What It's Worth:
For some reason,(I have cable modem and always ping less than 80), I get disconnected a lot. I have never asked for a restart and don't think anyone should. Tony admitted he made a mistake and I think he learned a lesson, one rs led to another and another and........But Wirenut, Why did you go berserk and start wrecking everybody??????????
I am certainly not the best online racer and hopefully not the worst. I joined this league for some competitive fun just like most of you did. Let's just try to remember why we are here.
Lepage works hard on this and does a hell of a job. We shouldn't mess it up.
