Lap Times for California

I forgot to look at the times being run when we ran some practice laps a couple weeks ago.

Thus I ask, what times are we running here?

qualify: 39.2 to 39.5
race: 39.4 and up (if you are on a fuel run)

I was going 15 laps on 4x wear, so I assume around 30.
