DirectX9?

Would anyone happen to know if Heat will work with DirectX9a.I can't get any video since I installed it?I have the sound but no video?I have Win ME /P4 2 gig/geforce4 ti 4600/512 rd ram.It sucks cause I really like Heat 2nd to NR2003 and have'nt played it in 6 months.Any help would be greatly appreceated.Dan

If it's working for everything else maybe need to reinstall Heat files. If problems in general maybe bad download of X9, since it doesn't seem to be a problem for them.
