Here is the format we will be using for the ALL STAR event......
Drivers from the Cup, Busch, and Truck Series are welcome.
We will do 3 segments, 72 laps in all. All will be in hardcore, at 1x wear factor, and the 1st segment will be a random start (No qualify).
Segment 1: 12 laps.....1st place will receive 5 bonus points to apply to whichever series you wish.(Cup or Busch) 2nd place will get 3 points (If you wish to apply it to the Truck Series, you will only get points for 1st = 1 point). Those who finish in 3rd through 6th place in segment 1 will be allowed to qualify for the 2nd segment. all others ( Incuding the 1st and 2nd place finishers ) will take provisionals.
Segment 2: 20 laps.....1st place will receive 10 points, and 2nd place 5 points.(applied to Cup or Busch Series).
(If you wish to apply it to the Truck Series it will be 2 points for 1st, and 1 point for 2nd)......Again finishing positions 3 through 6 will be allowed to qualify. All others take provisionals.
Segment 3: 40 laps......1st place will receive 15 points, 2nd 10 points, and 3rd 5 points. (applied to Cup or Busch Series).......(If you wish to apply it to the Truck Series it will be 3 points for 1st, 2 points for 2nd, and 1 point for 3rd).
We will also be allowing you to use special paint schemes for this event. If you wish to use a special paint scheme PLEASE send it in ASAP.
And always remember.........If all else fails blame Fred.

Looks fun,
But it says the 3 races are 62 laps, yet when you add up the 3 segments, it adds up to 72, lol.
