new pocono track?

i noticed the 2006 schedual is up.... which is cool.
and i know that it may not be final and maybe still in work.... which is fine.
but, i did notice a track called "Pocono03" on the Cup schedual......
is this a new track? or just a misprint/type-o? just curious.
