Yeah my guess is it's something with the mod. The mod is probably reading a day sky or something when the track doesn't have one. The 2006 CTS mod does the same with tracks that it reads a night sky but the track doesn't have one.

You need to update your commone res file. Attached is my common res file. put this in your nbs folder, and poof no more red sky's!!
