Discrepancy in the rules

Just looking over the rules again, I know what you're thinking, but I HAVE actually read them before. Anyways it says 4x wear factor for the Cup series and on the schedule it has 3x wear. Just need clairification. I get get jumpy only days before the big event!

This season the wear factor will be subject to sudden, random and unpredictable change every race.
