Alright, I'm gonna try painting my own cars one more time, but before I do, I need to know : what program works best for painting cars, where I can download it and where to get the COT templates and the NBS templates that are used to paint the cars we run in our league races. If there are any other sites or tips that I need to know that would be great to post as well.

Well, Paintshop Pro is probably easier for beginners, because the user interface is much more intuitive, but Photoshop is much more full featured. There's another program called Gimp that is pretty full featured too, and is open source, therefore totally FREE! Just google Gimp and it should show you where to download it.

The templates for the NHRL Cup mod are listed in this thread.
