I asked the same thing this morning. I was reminded that these are unofficial results. The race needs to be reviewed to see if anyones penalties are do to things out of their control such as someone forcing you off the track into a penalty area etc etc.
I am curious to see what NASCAR does in this situation where a win has been given to someone else. Has there been an instance similiar? Get on it all you researchers. I havfe opinions both ways on this. Anyone else have an opinion? (like I need to ask)

Should be interesting to see what official results come out due to the fact my penalty was far beyond my control. :?

All time penalties count unless a collision is involved in receiving one. DavisV contends that a certain incident created a loss of 2 seconds. I haven't been able to find out the lap yet so the winner is TBA at the moment.

If Rookiesrock was the winner, he would not receive any bonus points for leading a lap.

Look in your options.cfg file, under the [GAME] heading, Look for this line:

max_replay_mem_mb 200

Change whatever the value you have to 200. That should cure your issues.

Give me a few minutes and I'll have a link to the full replay posted.

Woo Hoo! TTR! You guys rock!

V, 200 is more than plenty. Most races end up being 30 to 45 MB.

You need to start nascar heat in admin mode or you will not be able to save replays, settings, or setups...

Or you could make your "username" the "owner" of the entire nascar heat folder by right clicking & going to properties, this would give you complete permission to do anything you want within that folder...

Looks like lap 13 on my replay, not sure if you get a penalty for running off there or not.
