I have nr2003. If u get the dan nisbet cot u can put your tgas from bovers mod into nr2003 using this program that lets u import tgas without worrying about the built in template mask. Bover used the same models i believe. If you have V1.0 of Nr2003 u can still get the cot mod. Just dl the mod and cange the folder name to cup and the .dat file to cup. Then game should launch fine.

I actually did use the Nisbet COT model WITH PERMISSION of course. Yes, the paints are somewhat interchangable, but if you took an NHRL cup paint and put it in the NR2k3 nisbet mod, or visa versa, you'll see some really funny shit, if you don't take the proper steps to account for the differences, lol.

The NHRLCup wing is mapped where the tire is on the NR2k3 model, and the NR2k3 driver is mapped where the camera, roof flaps, interior, and splitter rods are mapped on the NHRL Cup car.
