Is 29.677 a good lap for running by yourself?My setup is very stable and I average a 29.750 to 29.8 flat with the 29.677 my fastest out of the draft....

Do you mean Charlotte? We've already visited Kansas this year.

The NBS mod record for the pole is 29.584. A good lap without a draft should be around 29.6 or 29.7. Here are the results and best lap times from last season at Charlotte:
