Looks awesome! Rumor was the upcoming mod was trucks anyhow how will the physics handle our old setups? and I am assuming you dont need painting help it looks pretty complete.
We don't have any plans to do a replacement to the NBS mod. Somebody's got to be the diehards that keep running heat's original car. We here at the NHRL are just those type of diehards! lol.
@Mustangman. The physics will be exactly from the old HC Truck mod. Those guys hit the nail on the head with those. IMHO, they're the most fun stock car type physics in all of Heat!
Mustangman is correct, Any CTS09 MOD Template for NR2003 will work. Most of the popular NR2003 sites have links to some. Anyone who finds really good templates can feel free to share the link here.
I should note, that at my site, nor here will we host templates created by others. Instead I ask everyone to just provide a link. It's usually customary to credit a template author when showing off a paint.
Also, I wouldn't worry about painting stuff for it just yet. We do have a short WRS series coming up to get us thru the summer. As for me, I'm going to run and in-game car there.
Wow. I am absolutely amazed. For those who don't know, I jumped on the NR2k3 bandwagon when leaving NASCAR Heat, and these graphics are awesome. I honestly thought I was looking at NR2k3 for a second. Bov, you are truly one of the best mod makers I have ever had the privilege of speaking to. I mean, these things look as good as some of that Platinum stuff from TMS. Awesome job bro! Hell, this mod alone may make me play Heat a bit more...
I wouldn't go that far, McMurray. Both of my mods so far have been 2k3 conversions. (Althought I did make the nhrlcup cockpit and wheels and now the new spiltter/spoiler from scratch! ). A lot of how heat appears is graphics card dependent. There are far better mod makers than I. Trust me.
My next project after the trucks is going to be a from scratch deal. We'll wait to see how that turns out before rating me amongst other mod makers.

Welcome to the scratch built club, Bover! It's not easy, it's very time consuming and a lot of hard work, trust me on that one. Which I think you already know.
When you go down that road let me know!!
NHRL 2012 Cup & NBS Champion. 2013 CTS Champion & Cup Champion. 31 Wins, 26 Poles, and 2,126 laps led!
On the HF.net news this and TMS's posts were right next to eachother. I was like... why did bover make 2 different spoilers? Until I saw that 1 was the platinum mod. They look great!!!

Mustang, they're probably only compatible with something higher than 7. I know psp is at least past the 10th, which they called pspX, like 3 or 4 years ago. Don't feel bad My psp version is 9, and I can't even remember how many years I've had it.
Here's an idea. Even if you don't like gimp, you could simply just use it to open/re-save a psd version of the template, and then go with psp7 if that's what you're used to.
Not too bring a dead topic back too life but was wondering if there will be a new NHRL truck mod next year? If not I can see about doing templates for the new Chevy, Ford & Toyota CWS trucks.
