Season Opening Race

Hi all. Tonight, a last-minute thing has come up for our pace car official, so he won't be able to officiate the planned festivities at Sonoma.

This development, in tandem with some intermittent ISP issues that the server has experienced the last few days, has gotten me thinking that it would be best to simply push the start of the season back a week. In addition, I haven't seen that there has been a lot of NBS practicing yet, so such a change is probably helpful in other respects, too. Please note, then, that the official start of the season will be next week at Daytona.

I'm still going to be in the server tonight for some practicing, for those who are interested.

Probably a good call LP. Plate tracks are arguably the best way to start a season off, so it might be better for the long run this season.
