Hey guys, Im getting back into Heat after many years of absence, and I've downloaded some mods from this site. When I try to run them I get the directx popup "Can't load 'dsetup.dll' " and it wont load... Any ideas?

download and install the latest version of DirectX that your computer supports. The download is from Microsoft. Just go to microsoft's home page and search DirectX.
