Who wants to run a mini season with the Truck series when Bu
Looking at the schedule, we could run the series from (Nov 17th to Feb 5) or around those dates. Enough time to fit in 10 to 12 races before the next busch and cup seasons start up for the 08 season. I personally think trying to run all 3 seasons at the same time is too much, maybe alot more people would partake in this, only running a short season when nothing else is going on.

I would love to. Gives us something to do during the offseason when nothing is going on. Maybe there can be a couple series going on even trucks and another mod or something, or both truck mods having a season or something.

I'd be up for a mini season with the new truck mod.

Re: Who wants to run a mini season with the Truck series when Bu
here's a few questions about this...
1. Who will be running this show/ will this be NHRL sanctioned?
2. Will it be the hc cts mod or the new 2006 cts mod?
3. Will Skoty stop running adult downloads?

I'm hoping NHRL will sanction this and use their server, I'm not sure about others but it doesnt really matter to me which version we use

Answers:
1. If it's any good, it will be.
2. I still think the original CTS mod is the best...the new one has better graphics, but the racing and handling leave a little to be desired.
3. Quit deflecting attention from yourself.

I second the Glenn. It's the course everybody knows. It'd be the best quality racing we'd get out of an RC.

Re: Who wants to run a mini season with the Truck series when Bu
Here's my vote for a schedule:
1 - Superspeedway (Daytona or Talladega)
1 - Road Course (Waltkins Glen or Sears Point)
2 - 1/2 Mile Tracks (Bristol, Martinsville or Richmond)
2 - 1 Mile Tracks (Dover, Phoneix or New Hampshire)
2 - 1.5 Mile Tracks (Atlanta, Lowes, Miami, Kansas, Vegas, Chicagoland or Texas)
2 - 2 Mile Tracks (California, Michigan)
-----
10 total tracks
This way the season is well balanced and you'll have to be good at all types of tracks to win the championship.
Wish real NASCAR would use this format for the final 10 races.

Re: Who wants to run a mini season with the Truck series when Bu
Honestly, I dont care about runnin tona or dega in the trucks. Im lookin for sumthin that one will actually have to drive, not just ride around for. Thats why I suggested Cali and Miami.
