Yes, the admins do manually activate every user. It's takes longer, but We've had to deal with a terrible amount of spam recently.

dear NHRL

My name is mike aka 68shark. On friday i registered to become a forum member on the NHRL boards and was hoping to do a little racing for fun online. i figured the registration would be simple but now its sunday and i still havent gotten my registration activation email, just wondering if i did anything wrong during registration that messed it up.. and i did spell my email right. another thought was that the admins need to approve it first.
