As a past NASCAR Heat racer back on NH2000 on PC and a current iRacer I can say these things; 1. The game lags excessively. I get better FPS running at higher settings in iRacing. 2. It sucks. They actually managed to remove features from NH 2000. Also online mode you can't even use your own setups or make it private (as far as I can tell). Avoid at the full $60 price. it will be down to $10-20 in no time
