what in the world is DR1 and DR2? whats up with that? in laymans terms.....aka dummies like me?

how does a guy like myself make requests or appointments for the cts mod?

i wouldent have to bother anyone with stuff like this if i knew how to host, but i dont. sry, but i got knowledge issues not pc issues.
