IRF problem

Hi all,
My IRF is messing up. everytime i try to log in its keeps sayin somethin similar to this : "unable to connect" retry in 10 seconds". Does anyone know how to fix this problem?? Plz e-mail asap. F18_pilot09@msn.com

That usually happens when there are no servers online. When no players are racing, no one can log on to IRF.

Do you have the no cd patch installed? Mine wouldnt work until I had it installed before.

Yes I have it installed....Does that mean I need to uninstall it???
