Nascar Heat No CD patch?

Well,...I seem to be having warping problems when I go into the server to race,.My mother board over heated 3 or 4 times before I realized that the damb fan quit working and the graphics card fan quit working and it took me a while to figuer that out and now that I have all that fixed I think my computer is fried,..lol. But heres my question,....Dose it make a differance if you run the no CD patch? and how many of you guys are running the no CD patch? because I'm not running it. just wondering.
Because If I have to go out and buy a new computer I will have to step out for the rest of the season,..because I will not run if I Im warping,..its not fair to the other drivers.

the no cd patch does help out a little bit... In the sence that it's just going right onto your harddrive to get the files, rather than going to your cd-rom and copying the files into your memory... Not sure how much of a differance it is, but it deffinatley helps

and i'm pretty sure about 95% of the guys here are runnin the nocd

Ok,..I downloaded the No CD Patch, and it seems to be working very well, now all I need is some online practice to see if Im still warping or not, ..but I cant seem to find anyone practicing when I check in on IRF, ..it works great offline but I realy need to see if theres a differance online.

Ya, I have that problem too finding people on irf. Seems were all on at different times.

Ya,..I'm like 2 0r 3 hours behined yous guys,. so early for me is late for you all,..I am 2 to 3 hours behined you all,. .so with me I'm a few hours late and and practice time or two short
