All-Star race length

I vote to change the all-star event from 75 to 60 laps. This will preclude having some peeps slogging aroung the track with fuel gears?

isn't there a mandatory pit stop anyway?

Havent read or heard anything about that but just noticed too that it's 1x wear factor so...that will be interesting (and a mandatory stop would be important to know about).
