Fuel Cells at Plate Tracks

pit stops break the pack up. drafting on "in" laps and "out" laps will be huge.

restrictor plates races already suck, so its either make them about pitting and drafting? or dodging the "big one"

i imagine there could be a boat load of diff tire strategies too.
