I will add that eliminating restarts does not mean we will not restart for screwed up starting grids.

Doesn't look like the majority wants them eliminated otherwise either. I agree. rs...pleeeeeeeeese?

yeah.... looks like we will keep RS's. this is good.... because, although all of our current league members could probably "go easy" and manage with out them. there's always going to be a couple new league members that can't get it through their skulls to "not pass 12 cars on lap 1" untill about mid season..... when they finally figure it out.
