dns points suggestion

well heres my suggestion, instead of the random distribution of did not start points, i think the highest dns points should be awarded to the drivers that have made the most starts, and in the event of an even number of races started between two or more drivers the highest number of points should be given to the drivers with the most points. ive seen several races this year where the highest points were given to the drivers with the fewest starts, and all that does is make the points situation worse for drivers that really need the points, and actually do try to make the races.
