not unless there is a master list somewhere that can be given out in prerace. when the season has off weeks mixed in things get confusing quick and its hard to remember if you have had a penalty

i say penalize the bejesus out of people but stick with the subs start last philosophy

Yes I like the start last penalty bit. gotta hit em where it hurts. we can't take 25K off people, so yes, gotta have something other than just the 5 10 or 20 pts.

Of course provisional. It took me 5 penalties this year before I corrected my bad habit of exiting my pit going thru multiple pit boxes. Didn't even realize I was doing it till like penalty 4. Maybe only 1 warning before a penalty unlike the many many chances we got this year.
