Welcome All, to long awaited race review. It's a pleasure to be voted in to doing this hopefully everyone enjoys this. I don't know how it happened but it did. Thanks.
The Nascar Heat Racing League drivers arrived to the much talked about, IndyRC Track. The talk in the garage area was this was going to be a not so great turn out. 17 drivers in the Cup Series unloaded their COT cars off their haulers this week for a good field. Some unloaded fast, some just unloading here for the first time in their NHRL Careers. Practice was somewhat hit and miss since the Easter Holiday was being celebrated by your religious folk. Some people care for cupcakes, but I for one care less for them. Still some great turn outs.
The race got underway green and jocking all ready began in the first turn, 4 wide on a road course, is this Daytona? No it's IndyRC! Some drivers escaped with minimal damage, some worse than others, some squeezed by. After things sorted out and everybody relaxed and hit their marks, it was solid race from front to back. The usual road course ringers DavisV, Adamj, Reef, DaveO, Lepage, efgordon, and Rookiesrock always seem to work their way thru traffic well, and manage to find their way up front. Did just that. DaveO had a tremendous run starting from the back and charging up thru the field to post a finishing spot of 4th. I'm sure he wanted a few more laps to see what he really had. Speaking of tremendous. SpeedeXite suprised everybody with great track awareness, and a solid line, respectable driving, and a solid finish. Bover907 was going for one of his best finishes this year running in the Top 10 all race long until he got disconnected. Bover should keep his head up high since he would have finished in the Top 10. Great Run. Adamj, Lepage, and efgordon all had solid races. Working their way thru traffic, and turning fast laps which is expected from these drivers at this type of track. Brought home more solid finishes. Rookiesrock who is chasing Lepage for first in points, who was one of the cars going 4 wide in Turn 1 escaped heavy damage, and used his usual driving style to post another top 10, and stay in sight of the points lead. As the driver in 41 i saw the 4 wide and i luckily snuck thru. Grove a past Champion brought home a top 10 finish, running respectable lap times. CR49, actlabs11, BigMike, Kyle, didn't have the same luck. Didn't have the night's they were looking for, all involved in the turn 1 going for the poker straight episode, probably recieved damage that some repaired still brought home great finishes. Donaldson who has been one of the best finishers so far this year tried a off the wall pit strategy. Didn't pay off into another Top 10 but still posting a 13th place position keeps him in sight of the guys ahead of him in points. DNF's. These are things you don't want in order to keep yourself in the points race. With the point system it's okay to have a few but you really don't want to use these. Unfortunately 3 drivers recieved one. Bover who i mentioned before. Kyle who was another Party Poker Player had some battles on the track that were not overcome. Jrfan381 brought home one while running decent on the track needed a good finish to climb in the points. The real race was between the race Winner DavisV, and Reef, who battled to the end of a really close race at a track of this type. Reef who has been really on it this year posted another Top 5 finish with leading 8 laps gives him 5 more bonus points this year. DavisV who is alway a threat on road courses showed just why, by bringing home the win at IndyRC. This race was a great race by all members of this league, and should be proud at their commitment to excellence on and off the track. After reviewing almost everybody's replay a lot of respect and trackawareness was big this race by everybody. It shows why NHRL is a fun and great place to race and be at. Where will all of these NHRL Drivers be at next week. Darlington. Also known as the Lady in Black will give the NHRL Drivers of Taste. The taste of the wall. The drivers who stay off the wall the less, will bring home solid finishes for this race. Don't dance with the Lady in Black, she might step on your toes. See you on the track.

Darlington. Don't dance with the Lady in Black, she might step on your toes. Some had their toes stepped on, some had the little cousin who just wants to stand on your feet while you dance sort of nights. The race which finished so close show's what NHRL is all about. With no cautions to stop the on track action. Darlington which is a track some dislike, others enjoy the aura around the track since it's a track right in the heart of Nascar. This race brought out different front runners at different points of the race thru pit strategy, to lead the important 5 bonus points for leading a lap. So for those who enjoy this. Okay let's do this.
The drop of the Green Flag introduced pedal problems in the rear or spun tires, DaveO the only substitute driver subbing for Rookiesrock gets front end damage, stays focused and determined to cross the line in 8th Place. The Pole Winner CR49 get's in the wall in the early stages of the race, having started up front had a fast car. Put him behind still had a fast little piece. Efgordon and Actlabs both had stellar runs avoiding trouble knocking off a pair of finishes. Actlabs with a podium finish of 3rd. With Efgordon finishing 4th. Camry and Petty checked out on the field early, but could not avoid trouble on the track. Camry who lead the most laps with 48 see's the checkered flag in 5th and Petty 6th. Donaldson who has really been stringing great finishes together pulls in another Top 10 with the help from Tony the Tiger of course. d3efan didn't have the race he was looking for. He stayed on the track to pick up any spots for more championship points finishing 9th. Starting Mid-Pack Jrfan381 rounds out the Top 10 with a Top 10 finish. The sea of green. Used to be the sea of Red. Now Jrfan381 and other fan's will really enjoy the Holidays this year with the Red and Green colors. Skoty Speed missed getting a Top 10 finishing 11th. Bover followed Skoty Speed across the line to round out the Dirty Dozen. The guys who had some more problems than others which no drivers want. Grove, Kyle, and Big Mike had one of those nights finishing 3 laps down. Speedy struggled a bit with the Lady in Black. Meeting her for the first time, finds out what most guys find out. That most ladies are not going to put out on the first date unless she's had a few NASCAR bombs and is into lewd acts, and serious leather. DNF Jes Rathbun the only driver out of 19 drivers not to finish. The winner of the race DavisV who had everything fold into his hands, came down to him and Lepage with DavisV crossing the finish line a eyelash ahead of Lepage. Great Win DavisV! Stay tuned the next following days for race reviews! Including yes, also included is the NHRL All-Star Race, based on my memory. That will be one for everybody!
