Main Page help

I cant seem to get the drop down link ( resources,teams,contact ) to work on the main page http://www.nascarheatracingleague.com/# this is what i get in my address bar. Help greatly appreciated

when i go to the home page i have nothing but the home page and forams

If you use Internet Explorer for your browser you have to upgrade it to ver. 7
