Substitute Drivers

I would like to make a suggestion that for the 2009 season or even possibly for the truck series that substitute drivers should be allowed to Qualify without penalty. Or at least make the Substitute driver eligible for the hard charger award if they are going to start dead last.

I would help you out but I don't think that sub drivers should be used unless they are at your computer using your user name, otherwise they should get their own points... But I probally stand alone on that & its not my league.. Oh Well..

But I do think that If they are allowed they should be eligible for everything you could do if you were there yourself..
