Mexico trk issue

I can run Mexico in NBS and CUP but crashes in CTS.

48.22.000: () Panic: Wow! Patent Violation! No lame ghost!
48.22.000: ======================================================================
Any ideas? And I removed all paints.

Having the ghost car on in the setup screen was the problem
