Entering pit at Brickyard

when entering pit at the Brickyard does the "stay to the right" rule begin once you get inside the concrete barriers or at the pits 55 mph (Black Flag) line. Can u pass a slower moving vehicle inside the barriers and up to the line? or is it single file only?

its at the line ....there are no pitstalls before the line...thats the whole reason why you stay to the right so not to get in the way of cars going in or comming out of ther stalls
