mods download page

not sure if this is the right place to post this or not but here it go's,
I had to install a new harddrive in my computer and now I'm tring to get back the mods I run alot but it won't let me go to the page from the home page , is there another way to get there and if so could some one please let me know how to do it? thank you for any assistance.....
