Crafsman Truck mod problem

Hey guys,can anyone tell me what might be the problem? When I click on the cts shortcut on my desktop to start the mod I get this message

Splash Screen not found! ... aborting! ):. Anyone ever had this problem?

Take this file, and place it in your cts folder.
After that, remove the .bmp extension so it looks like this: spl_scr

That should take care of it. Let me know if it doesnt.

I guess the forum wont allow .bmp files so gimmie a sec and i'll upload it and post a link
