I said yes because different tracks make your tires wear faster. For those tracks, you can make the wear lower.

This is why we practice and work on setups, to make our car outlast and outrun the competition. No keep it the same over the full course of the season. That way we know and don't have to check and change it every week or forget to change it and completely practice the wrong wear factor.
