i use the logitch momo but there are far better wheels like the G27 and G25 by logitech
http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/gamin ... 0&cl=us,en

Funny you brought that up, mustang. I was going to post the link to where I got my last two momo's and they don't have it anymore apparently.
You could look around the web and probably find it cheaper, but for the most part people seel it for $99. Shame it wasn't at that other site, because they sold it for $69.

Re: Have to have steering wheel for CTS?
This advice doesn't just go for NHRL but for online racing in any league or sim in general.
You'd be better off saving up, and waiting a little bit and getting a wheel rather than trying to race with substandard equipment, where you may end up burning a bunch of bridges and giving yourself a bad rep. That'd be hard to overcome.
Look around, try to get a good deal on a good wheel. I'd be weary of used ones because of the type of abuse racing wheels take. I'd think it'd be hard to find a used one that isn't a piece of junk. (not impossible but far fetched). Be patient, don't go for the first 'good' deal you see. Make sure you're getting the best deal you can. Also, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
Hope ur able to find one.

Re: Have to have steering wheel for CTS?
I talked to a REP from logitech yesterday....and he told me that they quit produceing the momo wheel in nov 09...so anyone who buys a momo wheel and something happens to it while its under warrenty instead of them sending you another one they are replacing them with the g25 wheel

MS Sidewinder wheel, whil it doesn't have a clutch/shifter, is still a great starter for the money. Just google it. They sell around $40.00. I've been using mine for 10 years. Won one championship on it. I need to replace it now though. It's dropped me out of the top 5.

Re: Have to have steering wheel for CTS?
Thanks for your help everyone, hope to see you on the track soon
Re: Have to have steering wheel for CTS?
For those of you fortunate enough to have a wheel and pedals wanted fairness when you started here. Do not down people who do not and want a fair shot at this. Some of us have bills to pay which comes before pc's and games! Not everyone can just blow money on a wheel. We can do quite well with what we got thank you. Just takes practice. Besides, it is ONLY a game. If i cannot get in the league over this then I know that I am better off elsewhere and shame on you.
