Question...
I was just perusing thru the cup schedule, and noticed that the races on 5-22 and 7-10 have start times of 11:30. Is that correct or a typo?

It's been normal practice for us not to start the race until the cup race is over. We used to race every saturday, and just start the races after the cup race on TV was over. When NASCAR started making more and more night races, we started scheduling around them, but by last year, we got to a point where we had a couple of REALLY long breaks. We really didn't want to have a scenario like one month break, One race weekend, followed by another One month break. That's about what we'd have ended up with this year. That's the reason why we ended up throwing in a couple 11:30 races. Don't worry, We'll be waiting for those two races to conclude before we start.

well i guess thats a good reason although i would prefer to just move the race back a week into the off season wouldnt harm anything...
