Everyone should remember to attach car files the proper way. Please don't link to files but simply attach them normally in your message.

Bullet, you should use this tex file. All you need to do in your drivers.txt is change your number from 108 to 208. The reason you saw Dale Jarrett is because there's already a 108 car in the NBS carset.

I'm uploading your file myself to avoid further confusion. Here you go...
