Multiplayer Task Not Suspended Fix

This error is enough to ruin your night. After tons of trial and error, I figured out how to fix it, here are the steps I took:

-Download the Patched Nascar Heat.exe from the Mod Squad here>>> http://www.themodsquad.info/modules.php ... it&lid=177

-Put this in your NASCAR Heat folder, let it override your previous version. Now right click on it, select Properties, then click on Compatibility Mode. Select Windows 2000, click Apply, then close it out.

-Which ever Mod Launcher you use, find it's .exe, and do the same thing as above. Right click it, select Properties, then select Compatibility Mode. Select Windows 2000, click Apply, then close it out.

-Reboot before you try to play.

-You will have to log in to the Mod Squad in order to get the Patched .exe download.

Also we recommend setting Compatibility Mode to Windows XP, this has been tested thoroughly and it is the best option.
