Restarting the Race

We should bring back the old rules, only restarts for wrecks on lap 1 with a limit of 3 restarts.

I have to agree with Duster on this cause there has been a few races to where I have been crashed on the first lap due to someone elses mistake

In the past ,I'd always leaned toward the "no restart except for server issues or bad grids" but ..on the other hand ,it really stinks when you take the time to practice and get taken out by some @%$#@%* $#@$#@^^%% who doesnt care or worse yet, didnt even practice ! AND SO ,as a gambling man ,I've got to go with the percentages! and that is that I'm better off with 3 shots max than i am with one shot ruined!

This brings up a difficult question. Do restarts actually discourage crazy starts? You could argue that 3 restarts provides 3 extra opportunities to gain as many spots as possible, with relatively few consequences. In other words, the mentality of option #3 in this poll.
