10 to 1030 is ideal, but 10:45 qually start worked well also

Anything before 10 would not work for me as I have my leagues at 9p on Friday & Saturday. I have a new series at 10p on Saturdays through early October but I may be able to move it if absolutely necessary. I voted 11p as this is the time I really enjoy racing, I'm finally alone with the kids and wife in bed. NHRL really requires focus which is something I can't get earlier.
