Hey guys what program do you use to convert the tga files to the tex files?

I use winrestools wizard. There is another program just called WinResTools, but the wizard version is more complete and more intuitive.

You can download WinResTools Wizard at the ModSquad

If you look into that program and can't get it figured out, I'll convert your tga to a tex for you, if you'd like.

If you haven't figured it out here's a few tips off the top of my head:

No spaces can be in the .tga file name.
Make you know where you're sending the converted file.
Use the "Convert" button on the right hand side of the program.

Also be sure to save your tga as a 24 bit uncompressed file. Very important.

No pun intended but I remember when I couldnt find the Uncompressed option. :
