cann't get the track to install into LCHRL track list? tried to download the setup also, nothing going into the files???? Win 7 OS......

If there is a track.ini file in the Legends car mod, delete that file and all tracks will show up then.
As far as setups, not sure how Win 7 works, but they should go into the "Setups" folder of the mod. Not into some virtual store or My Documents or anything like that, but into the correct path which would be something like this:
C:\Program Files\Hasbro Interactive\Nascar Heat\lch\Setups
Tracks of course go into the Run folder in this path:
C:\Program Files\Hasbro Interactive\Nascar Heat\Run
