Skoty Speed and I have decided to name this 3rd series the "Saturday Night Shootout Series."
All races will be 25% in length on hardcore with a 3x wear factor. All other rules will basically be the same as the NHRL CUP Series. There will be a special points system in use for the series:
1st - 50 points
2nd - 45
3rd - 40
4th - 35
5th - 30
6th - 27
7th - 24
8th - 21
9th - 18
10th - 15
11th - 12
12th - 9
13th - 6
14th - 3
15th and below - 1 (we plan to have a limit of 15 drivers)
Pole - 1
Lead 1 Lap - 1
Lead Most Laps - 2
We will be able to create a seperate small webpage part of the regular NHRL site for this division. Right now I have a schedule that basically mirrors the dates and off weeks of the NHRL CUP Series. The schedule includes some add-on tracks. If there are any tracks in particular (fictional or real, maybe some of those road courses), please leave a post on this forum thread. thanks!
