viewing a tex file

Is there a way to open up a tex file so that you can view it in psp? Sorry if this has been posted already.

There is no way, that I know of, to open a tex file.

There is a tex viewer out there, that lets you view from within the game what the tga file would look like. If your looking to edit a tex file this method isn't worth your time. Your much better off creating your own tex files.

I was just wanting to use the tex file as a template for someone to make some vinyl decals of a car that was in the game so I could use them on a model I am working on. A friend of mine made the car and converted it from a tga to a tex file for the game but I have since lost contact with my friend and cannot open the tex file.
